The villa offers accommodation for up to 12 guests across 6 bedrooms, with 4 bedrooms in the main house and 2 in a downstairs apartment. The master bedroom suite features a king-size four-poster bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed and Bedroom 3 offers twin single beds, both with access to the sun deck and swimming pool. Additionally, Bedroom 4 boasts a queen-size bed and its own en-suite shower room.

On the main level, guests can enjoy a spacious living/dining room with a Lloyd-Wright inspired dining table, a comfortable sofa, and a flat-screen LCD TV with a home theatre system. An open-plan fully-fitted Western-style kitchen completes the amenities on this level. Downstairs, a private 2-bedroom apartment awaits, along with a covered recreation area featuring a table tennis table and an impressive games room equipped with a pool table, a Smart 50” TV, gym equipment, and a private toilet/cloakroom.

The apartment offers private street access and stairs leading up to the pool deck and main house. Bedroom 5 includes a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 6 features two large single beds and an additional living room with a sofa and a TV/DVD player. Rates include all taxes, daily maid service, linen and towel changes, utilities, internet, cable TV, a welcome pack, and a private transfer to and from the airport.
