Extra Charge
  • The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Chinese, and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children's dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 25% handling fee (subject to 7% VAT).
  • Additional airport transfer service is available upon request (extra charge).
  • Spa treatments, massages services and additional yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge).
  • Tours and activities such as art and cultural excursions, cooking lessons are available upon request (extra charge).
  • Babysitting service may be arranged at THB 350++ per hour and THB 450++ per hour after 8 pm. Booking in advance with a minimum of 4 hours prior is required.
  • Additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.
  • Babysitting service available on request at extra charge.
  • Extra bed is available at USD $50++ per person per night. Only three (3) additional beds can be arranged for this property.

  • Check in time is 3.00 pm., check out time is 11.00 am.
  • Early check-in and late check-out may be organised and is subject to availability (extra charge may apply).
  • Children under 2 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.

Fantastic villa. Very nice villa view a beautiful view. The beach was nice, and so was the pool. Chart and his staff was perfect, and very helpful. We felt very special, and had an amazing, luxury vacation. We were 11 people, and it was great. A lot of space for everyone. And possibilities for activities for everyone. The food was very very good also. I can't mention anything bad about Baan Asan. The house looks better in reality than the pictures, and the beach is very good.
