Amazing place & staff, Horrible guest assistant I have been traveling and visiting all kinds of hotels and villas for many years, and I have never felt so pressured and ill treated. Ms. K. Poy, Guest Experience Assistant representative of Luxury Villas and Homes was haughty, discourteous, inquisitive. No one in my life had ever forced me to sit on a sofa to listen to his explanations, to all of us as if we were 15-year-old schoolboys. Claiming how we were going to pay, when we had not yet installed in the rooms. Recriminating, especially Mrs. Beer, why she had provided us with a taxi without consulting her. Calling me by phone several times, more than 24 hours before checkout, asking me if she could come to collect the stay the night before checkout. As if we were going to leave the hotel without paying. Honestly, I had never felt so despised or valued as a client. Never before the checkout had I asked so many questions about the payment ... Very disappointing. I want to especially thank the entire team of the villa, Mrs Beer, Mrs Nan, Mrs Peng, the cook and the handyman their kindness, attention, eternal smile, and affection with which we have felt treated, it has been like being at home. We will miss them. Lesley, Can I please thank you and your team for a very restful and wonderful stay again - absolutely no complaints and we will be returning. You should also find a way of bottling your villa staff as they have magnificent service attitude. I spend more than enough time in hotels and I am also involved in resort development so believe me I know what I am talking about - my next business trip (in the morning) is to Bali and then Phuket! Everyone on the trip thoroughly enjoyed their stay and I have to say it was the staff that really made the trip. Gi and the staff were always smiling, and always making sure we were well catered for. We ordered takeaways a couple of times, and to our surprise, they were there to assist us setting up the dining table and to wash up after us. I can't say enough about the staff and in fact, I would make another trip if I knew they were still there, in particular Gi. The villa was great but in the end, it was the staff that made this trip stand out.
