An outdoor rainshower let’s you shower in the starlight and a window-framed massive jacuzzi bathtub offers the perfect opportunity to soothe sore muscles and release tension. With numerous open-plan living and dining areas and a sleek, modern kitchen, this villa is perfect for relaxation as well as entertainment, and offers endless opportunities to enjoy the beauty of Koh Samui.

The villa is nestled in the Koh Samui hillside just minutes away from Bophut Beach. Other attractions including the Fisherman’s Village are also less than ten minutes away.

Complimentary one-time return airport transfer with only one van for each way depending on the number of bedrooms booked. If guests book 4 bedrooms and below, they will be only provided with one van that can seat up to 7 to 10 persons depending on the number of luggage and conditions apply. If guests book 5 bedrooms, they will be provided with two vans for each way that can seat up to 7 to 10 persons depending on the number of luggage and conditions apply.

Private Chef service is available upon request (extra charge). Private chef service costs THB 1,500++ per meal (lunch or dinner) or THB 2,500++ per day (lunch and dinner), and is subject to 10% service charge and 7% tax
The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Chinese, and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children's dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 25% handling fee (subject to 7% VAT).
Additional airport transfer service is available upon request (extra charge).
Spa treatments, massages services and additional yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge).
Tours and activities such as art and cultural excursions, cooking lessons are available upon request (extra charge).
An additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and an additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.
Babysitting service available on request at extra charge.
Extra bed is available at USD $50++ per person per night. Only two (2) additional beds can be arranged for this property.

Baan Kinaree was quite simply above our very high expectations. we expected an exceptional view, 5 star rooms, a huge infinity pool and a high level of pleasant service all of which was exceeded so thats really saying something....!! A very special experience in a quiet yet stunning setting with views of Ko Phang Ngan wihc made i feel very special indeed. 10 out of 10 thak you luxury villas and homes!!
