Magical, Glorious and Pampered What a treat to spend 4 days at Pavana Villa. Miss Nice and her team were wonderfully hospitable and were there to make sure out stay was perfect without being intrusive. Everyday, our meals were prepared to perfection. Waking up, running on the beach, swimming, paddle boarding, yoga, breakfast...The hardest decision was what to eat or do next! Thank you for such a memorable experience.

Unforgettable Probably one of the best family holidays we have ever had. Nice and her staff were amazing. Very professional but also fun and friendly. Da, our chef constantly delivered, with the most incredible meals. The villa was perfect. Each bedroom had a small private area off it should you want some personal space. The communal areas were large and spacious and there were plenty of sitting/sunbathing loungers. We loved the blow up swan floating in the main pool (named Phil by our son!). We were a family of 6. Our children are 33,29,26 and 25. The villa was just right for us, but it would also be great for younger children. Two of the bedrooms interconnect and there is also a young childrens bedroom, and a children's pool. Thanks to Nice,Jang,Nui and Da for looking after us so well. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful property and amazing service This is a beautiful house with a fantastic outlook. We had 3 families (6 adults 7 kids from 5-16) and it worked very well for us. Daniel the property manager was very easy to deal with and Joop, who looked after us with several other staff, and the rest of the staff were fantastic. Jeff's cooking was delicious. Highly recommend. Joop helped us organise activities and was incredibly helpful in making it a relaxed holiday that all families loved. The only downside, which is no reflection on the property and the staff as it is beyond their control, is the beach has a fair bit of rubbish (as do all beaches in Koh Samui, some are cleaned each morning but the rubbish is there again the next day). Seeing locals bury the rubbish on the beach to hide it and burn plastics was also a bit depressing. This is a problem for all of us to solve as seen by the rubbish on the Bali beaches.
