"The BEST villa I have ever stayed in."

I can honestly say that this is the best villa I have ever stayed in. This place deserves to be used to entertain, would be a shame not to share the experience with all your friends. Other than how beautiful the villa is, the highlight is really the staff, the way they cater to your every need and want, they go above and beyond the call of duty on a daily basis.

"Unforgettable!"

With 24 hours chef and maids to make us feel comfortable all the time there not much more to ask. The villa is an exceptional experience. Outstanding service by the most delightful and accommodating staff. The uninterrupted views of the ocean were out of a fantasy novel it was just pure bliss. The entire experience was unforgettable and we can’t wait to return for a round 2.

"Fantastic!"

I a great stay at this villa with my group of friends. The food was just excellent and they did a super job of making us have the privacy we wanted but the feeling we were in a 5 star hotel. The resident is fantastic, and the two girls PIM and THAN did an amazing job. Thank You!!!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Villa Saengootsa in Phuket, which I booked through The Private World. My expectations were high for what was advertised as a "luxury" 5-bedroom villa, but my stay turned out to be deeply disappointing on multiple fronts, including both the quality of the villa and the treatment we received from the owner, John. From the moment we arrived at Villa Saengootsa, it was evident that the property did not live up to the luxury standard we had anticipated. The overall condition of the villa, the rooms, and the ¡amenities were far from satisfactory. In light of our dissatisfaction, my group and I decided to meet with the owner, John, to discuss our concerns directly. During our meeting, John assured us that his top priority was ensuring the happiness of his guests and explicitly mentioned that if we were not satisfied, he would be more than willing to provide a refund. However, our hope for a resolution quickly faded. The day after our meeting with John, we contacted the agency to request a refund, as pur stay at Villa Saengootsa was clearly far from enjoyable. Shockingly, we were informed that a refund was not possible because the owner, John, had refused the request. This was in direct contrast to what John had told us just the day before. Despite multiple attempts to schedule another meeting with John to address this inconsistency, he did not show up for our scheduled meeting and was unresponsive to our phone calls. This lack of communication and accountability only added to our frustration. Ultimately, we had no choice but to vacate Villa Saengootsa and seek alternative accommodations elsewhere. Our experience at Villa Saengoosa was profoundly disappointing, not only because of the villa's quality but also due to the unfulfilled commitment made by the owner, John. We trusted the agency to provide us with a [luxurious and enjoyable vacation, and unfortunately, we left feeling disheartened and let down. I believe it is essential to share this experience with others considering a stay at Villa Saengootsa through The Private World. It is important to be aware of the disparity between the promises made by the owner and the subsequent refusal of a refund, as it reflects negatively on both the villa land the agency. I hope that the agency can address this issue with the owner to ensure that future guests do not encounter a similar experience.
