perfect place to relax just spent few days with a good friend to relax and enjoy samui ! this villa is very well located on the island . i tried this villa few years ago and the shape of the villa is still excellent ! they provide a good maintenance of the villa . the staff is still the same : very dedicated and helpfull !!! the villa manager "Ms Jeab" is still the same and provide the best care that a client can expect . I recommand this place on any aspect .

Just amazing We stayed as a family of 5 for 10 nights. The house is beautiful, and the views are stunning. Jeab and her staff were very friendly and helpful, but discreet at the same time, making up the rooms, whilst we were out. Breakfast was served outside every morning (weather permitting) at a time that was convenient to us and the evening meals that we had there were delicious! Krystyna, the owner, even organised our car hire for us, arranging for the car to be dropped off/picked up from the house. As well as airport transfers. The villa is perfectly located in the hills, on a steep road, commanding the best views but only a short drive to Fisherman's Village and the beach. We cannot recommend this villa enough, we definitely hope to come back.

A gem up the hill This was my first visit to the Villa Kya. We booked 3 rooms and stayed there for 4 nights. Days went by too quickly! The location of the Villa was near the top of the hill, the view was absoluately breath taking. Ann, Jeab and her staff all helped to contribute to our perfect trip. We had lovely in-house meals as well as private BBQ at the pool side. The room was cleaned daily and we were blessed to have some good weather during our stay. This place was truely a gem!

Fabulous Stay We stayed as a party of 10 for 5 nights last week. Although Villa Kya only has 4 bedrooms, we fitted 2 extra beds in the master bedroom at additional cost. The villa was amazing with stunning views, especially from the infinity pool. Villa is on a steep hill high up, no shops nearby, so we stocked up well at the supermarket on the first day so not to run out of food, snacks, or drinks. In-villa meals can be ordered one day in advance, well worth it if you just want to chill by the pool all day, food was scrumptious! Villa staff lead by Jeab were around to help with anything during the day, from food shopping to cab service. One of our highlights was a chartered boat trip to the National Marine Park, great fun snorkelling and serene beaches all to ourselves! This can be arranged through the villa. Only minor problem we had during the stay was a dog owned by a worker nearby kept popping up inside the villa grounds! A couple of us were not that keen on dogs, so we kept having to ask Jeab and Anne to shoo him away... Apart from that, we had a fabulous time, highly recommended for a quiet, chilled holiday!
