Mia Estate has built the first Villa, Villa Mia Beach 6 bedrooms since 2010. The Estate is located on the quiet northern side of famous Chaweng Beach - the most popular beach on Koh Samui and well-known as the soft sand beach.

Recently 2020, Mia Estate has completed another beautiful sister villa, Villa Mia Palm, with the five ensuite bedrooms sitting next to Villa Mia Beach. Both Villas share the same beachfront and green lawn but still keep their privacy for guests.

The Estate has been exceptionally designed and furnished beyond any hotel or villa estate on the island. Additionally, it features an estate facility building, a cinema room, a fitness room, two spa rooms, and another two guest rooms in the same building. It makes a total of 13 ensuite bedrooms Mia Estate can accommodate the large group.

The Estate is fully staffed and includes an English-speaking villa manageress, housemaid, villa handyman, and well-train Thai Chef. The Villa managers are available to address all your service needs. We also offer a concierge service to assist you with all tour and transfer activities.

The one-of-a-kind location at the corner of Northern Chaweng Beach, Mia Estate, could offer the guest privacy and unrivaled fabulosity within walking distance of Chaweng's plethora of restaurants, bars, shops, and entertainment venues. Including outdoor activities, such as s Bungy Jump, Go-karting, Water Slides, Samui elephant sanctuary, snorkeling, and sightseeing tours to Angthong Marine Park can be accessed in a very short driving distance.
