The villa spreads over four levels, each designed to maximize the ocean views. The entrance opens to a koi pond, flanked by two ensuite double bedrooms with king-sized beds. Downstairs, there are additional bedrooms, including a family pavilion perfect for adults and children, all fitted with premium bedding and ensuite bathrooms stocked with high-quality toiletries.

The third level is the heart of the villa, featuring an open-plan living area with a gym, pool table, home office, and a large TV for movie nights. The kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet cooking, and the terrace includes a BBQ grill, dining area, and a 14-meter saltwater pool designed for both adults and children.
