The Beachfront Villas

At the bottom of the property, you find Villa Solaris and Villa Syrah, which just like Villa Gamay and Villa Muscat, are mirror images of each other, but with a distinctive style setting them apart, offering gentle sea breezes, wonderful uninterrupted sea views, large infinity pools, private terraces and lawns, and beach access.   Special attention was paid to their interior design, featuring imported Italian designer furniture and accessories.    

The indoor and outdoor area are ideal for maximum enjoyment of the infinity pool and the ocean vistas.  They feature 3 sea-view bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and flat screen TVs.  Extra guests can be easily accommodated in the master bedrooms, making the villas ideal for 6-8 occupants.

The Beachfront Villas Layout

The villas have two levels.  The 3 bedrooms with king or queen-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms are on the upper floor, while the lower level is open-concept with living and dining rooms and kitchen.  The accordion folding doors provide seamless access to the outdoors.  There is a separate powder room and a cinema room with convertible sofa to accommodate 2 more guests when desired.

The Kitchen

The kitchen comes fully equipped (side by side fridge, wine fridge, microwave, 5-burner stovetop and oven, and dishwasher), including a dining table to accommodate up to 10 guests.

The Bedrooms

Two of the three bedrooms have king sized beds with ensuite bedrooms, both of which can accommodate 2 extra guests (one by converting the bed, the other by means of a convertible sofa).  The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed with ensuite bathroom.

The Outdoors

The well-maintained garden is Zen-inspired and oozes serenity and tranquility.  There is a large outdoor terrace with plenty of seating, large sunbeds, and an outdoor sofa.  The L-shaped infinity pool is 13 meters long with a shallow area for small kids, gently transitioning to the deeper section.
